I&#039;ve heard stories (perhaps someone can verify) that there was some pretty serious low level flying on that range.  As in, WSO got his head off the scope for a second and noticed an intermittent red glow appearing right outside the canopy...which he quickly realized was the anti-collision strobe reflecting off a canyon wall.</description>
