wonders aloud at how the VAW community seems to have a surfeit of talent when it comes to making videos - *we* all know it comes from our regular dosing of Vitamin R in the form of the megawatt+ of energy we haul around with us.  How else can one explain the likes of Skippy  and YHS?  Anyway, here is are a couple of the more recent offerings from the Black Eagles of VAW-113 (Hey KT - the guys seem to still be doing well talent-wise…) followed by the main feature, a classic from way back when (and not to date ourselves, but one of the LSO’s in the opening scenes was our DH and mentioned in one of the early ‘Reflections’ pieces - we’ll leave it to you, gentle reader, to figure out who it was). - SJS:

Couldn’t see the vids on Utube but I shore appreciate the opportunity to see Sealegs agin..been years. My hair was a little long then but I didn’t have a gray hair on my head!

Ahhhhh what diversity in an airwing. A Hornet-less airwing!

That’s one of the reasons any videos I put up are on Google video as well as YouTube - the former are not blocked at certain domains like the latter…

    Skippy:

Thinking creative editing (note the power cart making a brief appearance under the tail during the walkback part of the scene) and mounting the camera on a (very) secure pole (and relatively short) looking aft out of the ditching hatch…
