Welcome to the Virtual Library.  On this and subsequent pages you will find original, open source documentation on a variety of national security and defense policy topics.  To facilitate you, the reader, we are using Adobe’s free SHARE site to host these PDF documents and give you the option of reading them online or downloading them to local storage.  Since that option is available, we will not host subscription- or other copyrighted documents at this site.  Instead, where those readings would prove useful, we will provide links to their hosted (official) sites.
