Project VALOUR-IT

So , here’s the deal. We are now about a week out from the start of the Fall 2008 campaign for VALOUR-IT which will run from 28 Oct through Veterean’s Day, 13 Nov.  Since nothing breeds success like success – here we are again this year with new goals: This year’s goal is $240K – up from $200K last year (which, through the combined efforts of all four teams, was both met and exceeded).  Again, four teams, Army, Air Force, Marines and Navy-Coast Guard. Over the course of the two week campaign we will host a variety of posts in support of this exceptional program – some will be a combined effort of the entire team, others individual efforts in support thereof. The prize – bragging rights for the coming year, but more importantly, a boatload of new laptops and software for our Soldiers, Marines Sailors and Airmen who are in need of this special program. Even in the heat of competition, that has been and always will be our focus.
