Friday’s Missile Commentary
Yesterday, the Russians provided their official response to the US and Czech/Polish plans to place elements of the BMDS in the Czech republic and Poland. YHS has manged to obtain a copy of the document provided US representatives and is providing it FYI:
After the round of posts the past few weeks leading up to and covering the 65th anniversary of the Battle of Midway, Flightdeck Friday is taking a hiatus this week, but will be back next week with a story about ‘hookers from a bygone era (no, not those kind – this is a family friendly blog).

Haha, I saw this news yesterday and wondered what your take on it was going to be. Very nice.
I’ll look forward to next Friday’s post, but I would also like to know your thoughts on the outrageous proposal in San Francisco to attempt to cancel flights of the Blue Angels. 🙁 It would be too easy to say “If they don’t want you there, come to Toronto”, but if they don’t want them there… 😉 There must be something in the combination of living in a hot clime, smog, and living over a major fault line as Vancouver, B.C. has a similar goofy attitude on life that leaves me baffled. Thank you, and the posts on the Balttle of Midway were excellently researched and presented. I was even able to understand the more technical aspects of the entries; with the assistance of the accompanying photographs.
