Alas, he returns to the epicenter of all that is malodorous about this infliction from Redmond, to find his classified and unclassified email boxes packed to the gills…
…in choosing a swampy, fetid pit of humours to locate the nation’s capitol was prescient – before air-conditioning. It had to be since days like the last few (heat index +130 deg F) drove Congress and the balance of the ruling class out of town and in so doing, protected the rest of the country…

Reminds me of the time my family thought it would be a good (“fun”) idea to vacation to Florida cross-country from Nebraska in a minivan.
Let’s just say it wasn’t a very good idea…
