So Scribe – just how much fun was it swapping out formats, diddling with php and css while making those "minor" changes to the new theme?

  1. Happy New Year…and… I like the new look, SJS. I hope creating it wasn’t too, too painful…but I get the feeling it might have been just that.

    Now to see if the page loads quicker! 😉

    (I’ve never mentioned that before, figuring you were well aware of the time it takes to load pages around here.)

  2. Thanks Buck – ran all the test on a test site. Tested no less than fifty-four different themes over the past two months which is why when I stumbled across the Looney Tunes cartoon above, it seemed so, well, right. 😉 And don’t even get me started on the whole “it looks good in Firefox but not MS IE…” meme…. 😡

  3. It does look nice and crisp. I think I feel your pain in the FF/IE entertainment value from prior experiences.

    Still debating on the move to 2.3.x…as they discuss 2.4 arond the corner…getting as bad as MS/Intel/AMD/whoever…..

    BTW…did I get on “the list?” I scanned the sidebar and can’t find me….

    And..Happy New Year! It’s cold here, so I suspect it’s colder there (without bothering to pull up a weax map)…

  4. OK, I now feel officially stupid…I guess I missed my Tag line “name.”

    I never went back and fixed that on the “Options” page from when I thought I followed the directions for data entry at set up…
